This policy explains how Interior Edge ("we") collects and uses the details you share through our enquiry form.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number, city, locality and project details (property type, size, budget, timeline and any message you add). We also record basic technical data such as IP address and the advertisement that brought you to us.

Why we collect it

To connect you with interior designers who can quote for your project. By submitting the form with the consent box ticked, you agree that we may share your details with a maximum of 3 interior designers, who may contact you by call, SMS or WhatsApp about your project.

Who sees your details

Your project summary (locality, size, budget, timeline) and first name may be listed on our website so designers can find it; registered designers can see your full name. Your phone number is never shown publicly. Your phone number is revealed only to the designers — up to 3 — who take up your project. Designers pay us a fee to receive project enquiries; we do not share or sell your details to anyone other than these designers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to 12 months to handle follow-ups and complaints, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time. After withdrawal, we will not share your details with any more designers.
